The existing paper-based tax filing process was slow, error-prone, and inaccessible to citizens outside major cities. The Revenue Authority needed a system capable of handling millions of concurrent submissions while maintaining audit trails and regulatory compliance.
OUR SOLUTION
We built a multi-tenant web platform with biometric identity verification, multi-payment-method integration, real-time validation, and an administrative dashboard for assessors and auditors. The system supports English and local Ghanaian languages.
