THE CHALLENGE
Patient records were siloed across facilities with no interoperability. Clinicians treating patients at different facilities had no access to prior diagnoses, medications, or allergies.
OUR SOLUTION
We designed and built an HL7 FHIR-compliant EHR system with offline-first capability for facilities with poor connectivity, role-based access control, and real-time national reporting dashboards.
